Rosemary Mozzarella Stuffed Soft Pretzels. If that doesn’t get your mouth watering you might not be human. Maybe this makes me basic, but anything stuffed with cheese immediately has my attention. I also love rosemary. I came across this recipe on Pinterest recently and knew I needed to make them. Warm cheesy bread is comfort food at its finest. 10/10 would recommend.
My only alteration to the recipe is to use string cheese cut into segments instead of shredded mozzarella. It’s easier to work with and gives a very satisfying cheesy pull to the pretzels. Obviously these are incredible straight out of the oven, but my boyfriend and I also appreciated them at room temperature the next day.
These are a bit more work than your standard bread recipe, but they come together pretty quickly and man are they worth it. Make yourself some pretzels. You won’t be sorry.
