Berry Caprese Salad

If it is a bajillion degrees where you are, or even if it’s not, may I suggest this non-recipe? Throw some berries in a bowl, I like raspberries and blackberries. Add some grape tomatoes and chunks of fresh mozzarella. Sprinkle with fresh basil, then drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Dust with sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Toss together and enjoy.

The simplest and happiest little bowl. Tangy, sweet, juicy. It hits all the right notes.
